Who this pack is for

This pack is for toddlers and their grown-ups who want a calm way to explore potty learning together. It can be a starting point for a conversation or something to return to when your child is interested. There is no timetable to keep and no need to compare your child with anyone else. You know your family’s everyday routines best; choose the activities that fit around them.

How to use it together

  1. Choose one page. Print something that catches your child’s interest. You can save the rest for another day, rather than presenting the whole pack at once.
  2. Keep it playful. Look at the pictures, talk about what you notice or let a favorite toy join in. Your toddler does not have to give a particular answer.
  3. Listen without rushing. Give your child time to point, speak or simply watch. If they lose interest, put the page aside and return when it feels helpful.
  4. Notice small steps. Trying, asking a question or telling you how they feel are all worth a warm response. If a day feels wobbly, keep your words kind and start fresh another time.
